Pearldrop Essentials Co. is a small-batch, hand-poured soy candle brand registered in Ontario, Canada, operating under the trade name "By Vaisa." Our products are available for purchase online at pearldrop.ca and ship to customers across Canada and the United States.

All of our candles are hand-poured in small batches using 100% natural soy wax, zinc-free cotton wicks, and phthalate-free fragrance oils. As a result of our small-batch process, minor natural variations between individual candles may occur. These variations are a hallmark of handcrafted quality and do not constitute a defect.

Product images on our website are as accurate as possible. Slight colour or appearance differences due to screen settings or the hand-poured nature of our products are expected and do not qualify for a return or refund.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of your order confirmation are final.

We accept payment through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

We ship to Canada and the United States only. Orders are carefully hand-packed to minimise the risk of damage in transit.

Estimated delivery times are 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Processing times are 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control once an order has been dispatched.

Our candles are intended for use by adults. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to follow all safety guidelines:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
• Always burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
• Keep wick trimmed to 1/4 inch before each burn.
• Stop use when approximately 1/2 inch of wax remains.

Pearldrop Essentials Co. is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper or unsafe use of our candles.

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and branding is the property of Pearldrop Essentials Co. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, Pearldrop Essentials Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
